Keep the app and Bluetooth open during measurement. For BPMs and thermometers, tap "Sync Now" in "My Devices." For BPM, choose User 1/User 2/All before syncing. Note: deleted readings cannot be re-synced.

Yes. In the health data page, select an entry, swipe left, and tap delete. To clear all data: go to Profile → "Clear All Data."
Go to Caring Friends settings → tap the add friend icon (top right) → scan their QR code or enter their ID number (both found in the friend's Profile section).
Go to Caring Friends settings → check friend requests → Accept. Only after acceptance can the friend view your readings. To view their readings, you must also send them a request.
The friend shares a screenshot of their QR code (via WhatsApp) — load it from your photo library. Alternatively, use their Rossmax account ID number in the Search ID bar.
Yes. In Caring Friends settings, choose Unfollow (stop viewing their data) or Stop (stop sharing your data with them).
No. Currently, data can only be viewed within the app on mobile.
Data is tied to your Rossmax account, not the device. Logging into the same account on a new phone keeps all records intact.
Unlimited memory (vs. limited device memory). Easy reading tracking; friends/doctors can monitor and send reminders. Detailed averages (highest, lowest, overall) with graphs by month/week/day/hour. Add remarks to each reading (e.g., after exercise, after bathing).
